Great location, great comfort but subpar food.
The location is great and the hotel is really nicely maintained. The swimming pool and sauna were awesome.
The food was mediocre. I would skip the half board option. Breakfast was subpar and dinner; most of the dishes were salty for our taste.

INCREDIBLE place BUT KICKT OUT at 10 AM
This old Cassel has his charm, The rooms are old fashion but the bathrooms are modern. The Hallways of the hotel are absolutely sunning, The SPA amenity's are OK but not over the top.
The STUFF of this hotel (front desk) and the CLEANING lady are DESPICABLE Front das extremely ROOD at checkout at 9:48 I came out the bathroom "half naked" this cleaning lady start razing her voice at me to GET OUT, Live the ROOM , You must call the reception. Finally I got dress up and I am going to check out. At the reception I got there around 10:05. I try to explained what just happen earlier in the Room with the cleaning lady, and ROUND TWO here i com She start LECTURING ME the Room must be VACATED by 10 AM. I have traveled the World over 79 countries in 5 Continent (This trip Hungary is the 7th Country and the 18th HOTEL on my trip on my 2025 EURO TRIP, BUT I HAVE NEWER BEEN KICK OUT OF THE ROOM at 10AM. This is unbelievable. ~~~ *** YOU Mr MANAGMENT you must trained this people to RESPECT the CLIENT this place in not a HOSTEL this facility has a huge potential. YOU MUST CHANGE the check-out policy. You without the paying client you can LOCK THE DOOR .
